1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ order or direction directing the Respondents to allow the petitioner to work as mali as he was continuously working about 18 years in the office of District Magistrate, Shekhpura and how he has become overage."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to participate in the fresh selection process, if any, to be conducted by the respondents, however, seeks a direction that his case be considered on its own merit.
