Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dighwara P. S. case no. 05/2015 registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is the specific case of the informant that co-accused Pashu Ram Mahto and Vijay Mahto were selling illegal diesel. Admittedly, the aforesaid co-accused Pashu Ram Mahto and Vijay Mahto have already been admitted to anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 23.4.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10412/2015.

Accordingly, it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26434 of 2015 (2) dt.17-07-2015 the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Dighwara P. S. case no. 05/2015 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
