Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364/34, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, co-accused Sunny Kumar and Hero Yadav had come to the house of the informant and took away to the son of the informant whose dead body was found subsequently.

The record reveals that similarly situated other co-accused have been allowed bail vide order dated 05.01.2018 and 08.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57739 of 2017 and Cr. Misc. No. 13265 of 2018 (Annexure-2 and 3).

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37519 of 2018 (2) dt.05-07-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali (Basudeopur) Police Station Case No. 333 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
