Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. The petitioners were put on TI Parade. However, they could not be identified by the informant in whose presence the occurrence took place. The petitioners are in custody since 24.02.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Hence, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36081 of 2018 (2) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 pending in connection with Ishakchak Police Station Case No. 32 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
