The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the F.I.R. named accused persons and 20-25 unknown persons burnt the sister of the informant after killing. His brother-in-law used to work as labour in Mumbai.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14403 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 made. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner nor any specific injury is attributed against him. Altogether 14 persons are named including the petitioner along with 20-25 unknown persons.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. case No.359 of 2019.
