1. The learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 3 to 5 submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 30.11.2023, passed in C.W.J.C. No.12315 of 2021, the competent authority has passed a reasoned order dated 14.06.2024, rejecting the claim of the petitioner for grant of appointment on compassionate ground, which was challenged by the petitioner by filing a writ petition bearing

Patna High Court MJC No.756 of 2024(2) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 C.W.J.C. No.11909 of 2024, which has also stood disposed off vide order dated 12.08.2024 and a co-ordinate Bench of this Court has declined to interfere in the matter. Thus, it is submitted that the order of this Court has stood complied with.

This Court finds that neither there is any representation on the part of the petitioner nor any rejoinder affidavit has been filed by the petitioner so as to controvert the aforesaid averments made in the show cause filed in the present case, hence this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 30.11.2023 has stood complied with.
