JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2015 This case has been listed under the heading „To Be Mentioned‟ at the instance of the petitioners. It has been submitted that vide order no. 2 dated 21.1.2015 the petitioners were admitted to pre-arrest bail in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 95 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya and in paragraph no. 3 it has been typed that " It is submitted that dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and at the instance of which a joint compromise petition has been filed before the court below vide Annexure-4". As a matter of fact compromise has been arrived between the parties in Buniyadganj P.S. Case No.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30628 of 2014 (3) dt.18-02-2015 94 of 2013 and Annexure-4 is the compromise petition filed in that case.
Accordingly, paragraph no. 3 of order no. 2 dated 21.1.2015 is replaced with following paragraph: "It is submitted that dispute between the parties has been amicably settled in Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 94 of 2013 and Annexure-4 is the compromise petition filed in that case".
Accordingly, the order no. 2 dated 21.1.2015 is corrected to the extent indicated above.
