Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of Arms Act and 25 (1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The assailant is already named in the FIR. Petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
