Heard both sides.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barharia P.S. Case No. 47 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Section-420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner took Rs.1,50,000/- from the informant to get him employed in foreign country. Petitioner is a rustic villager and has never received any money from the informant nor the informant filed any chit of paper showing receipt of money.
Learned counsel for the informant, however, opposed the prayer for bail.

No.17350 of 2016 (3) dt.15-07-2016 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the informant has not filed any chit of paper showing receipt of money, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 47 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
