Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the defendants in Title Partition Suit No. 819 of 2017 filed by the plaintiffs-respondents. A petition for injunction, under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the C.P.C. has been filed by the plaintiffs-respondents in the said suit on 16.10.2017 and the learned Court below while issuing show cause has granted status quo till disposal of the injunction petition. The limited prayer of the petitioners is that a

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.173 of 2022(2) dt.24-06-2022 2/2 direction may be issued to the learned Court below to dispose the injunction petition as early as possible because the same is pending for about four years, since 16.10.2017. Regards being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and taking into consideration the nature of prayer, the learned Court below is directed to dispose the injunction petition, one way or the other, in accordance with law within a reasonable period, preferably within a period of two months from today.

This application is disposed with the aforesaid observation and direction.
