The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. The FIR was lodged against unknown on recovery of a dead body. During investigation, suspicion was raised against the petitioner as he was relative of the accused. Submission is that there is no eyewitness of the occurrence. The petitioner is in custody since 09.03.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36555 of 2018 (2) dt.03-07-2018 P2/ Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.48 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
