2. State counsel accepts notice for respondents.

3. Counsel for the petitioner is hereby directed to serve copy of the writ petition to the counsel for the State/respondents, if it is not already served.

4. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"To direct the respondents especially respondent no. 5 to send Last Payment Certificate of the petitioner to the office or respondent No. 6 so that the payment of salary of the petitioner could be made.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8086 of 2021 dt.14-02-2022 2/2 Also to direct the respondents especially respondent No. 6 to make payment of arrears of salary of the petitioner dues from the month of July, 2020 to till date and also to pay the regular salary. Also for other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the eye of law."

5. Short question for consideration is whether petitioner is entitled for relief sought in the representations/applications or not? In support of the aforesaid relief application vide Annexure 3 (Series) dated 05.11.2020, 09.01.2021, 11.01.2021 have been submitted, therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to pass an order as to whether petitioner is entitled to service and other benefits in accordance with law or not? If he is entitled, the same shall be extended along with monetary benefits. If he is not entitled, in that event, necessary speaking order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
