2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 12.01.2016 passed in CWJC No. 5469 of 2014.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite parties, Annexure-A whereof being an order dated 17.06.2017 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 1596 of 2016 stands
