The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 58 of 2018 registered under Section 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that from perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from the main road in front of the line hotel. Further submission is that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34808 of 2018(2) dt.19-06-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Rohtas, Sasaram in connection with Nokha P.S.
