It is the petitioner's grievance that a total sum of Rs. 13 lakhs was sanctioned by Areraj Branch of the State Bank of India, East Champaran, out of which Rs. 6,05,000/- has been disbursed and remaining amount has not been disbursed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7991 of 2021(2) dt.04-02-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn our attention to Annexure-4 of the writ application to contend that the petitioner has though approached the Banking Ombudsman, his grievance has so far not been resolved.

We have perused Annexure-4 of the writ petition. The petitioner's representation does not bear any date. Further, it does not appear to be properly addressed to the Banking Ombudsman, Reserve Bank of India.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Banking Ombudsman for redressal of his grievance.
