Petitioner is accused in connection with Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 30 of 2019 registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 504, 506, 509, 427, 307/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 50732 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 55013 of 2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,
