In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the I.P.C and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
At the very out set it has been submitted that in this case the informant has filed compromise petition in the Court of C.J.M. after realizing the real fact and the petitioners are motherin-law and Dever of the deceased. Father-in-law was also made accused in this case and due to mental shock he died due to cardiac arrest. In support of compromise learned counsel for the informant is also present here.

No.29878 of 2014 (2) dt.20-01-2015 2/2 In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioners, in case of their arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Bhojpur at Ara in Koilwar P.S. Case No. 145 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438
(2) Cr.P.C.
