The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with GRP Danapur P.S. Case No.5 of 2018, registered for offences alleged under Sections 379, 420, 120B and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he had get down from the train taking away the bag of the informant which contained a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-. Learned counsel submits that the case has been lodged on a mistaken identity. It is submitted that although there is one case against the petitioner of the year 2012, he is on bail in the said case.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Patna in connection with GRP Danapur P.S. Case No. 5 of 2018, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) Arvind/- U T
