The petitioner is in custody in connection with Siwan (thawey) Rail P.S. Case No. 42 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 25 (1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the petitioner has made accused in three other cases but he has remained in custody in the instant case for the last more than one year.

Considering the period of custody since 20.3.2018, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let, the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16961 of 2019(2) dt.25-03-2019 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., (Railway) Sonepur in connection with Siwan (Thawey) Rail P.S. Case No. 42 of 2018.
