The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 09 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2023 and there is a recovery of 398.160 liters of illicit liquor.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Case No. 09 of 2020.
