Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a 26, 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was not apprehended at the spot and co-accused Nitish Kumar, who was apprehended at the spot, has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27082 of 2018 (Annexure-4). Some other co-accused were allowed bail by some other Coordinate Bench of this Court. Petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34671 of 2018 (2) dt.18-06-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Parwalpur Police Station Case No. 178 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
