JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Kotwali (Munger) P.S. Case No. 348 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 170, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. N. K. Agrawal, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that from the materials available on record there is absolutely no allegation of involvement of the petitioner in realizing the money for providing job, which is the subject matter of this case. He further submits that in the confessional statement, the co-accused confessed that he negotiated certain sale deeds through Ex-Minister and the petitioner also, who is the son of Ex-Minister.

No.14187 of 2020(2) dt.01-07-2020 2/2 Considering the fact that there is no material to connect the petitioner in the present case, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kotwali (Munger) P.S. Case No. 348 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
