The petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondent authority to pay admitted dues of Rs. 51,63,189/- to the petitioner against the supply of materials and completion of work in time. According to him, he has made several representations to the authority but no matter fell on deaf ears.

The petition is, thus, disposed off with a direction that in case the petitioner files a fresh representation before the authority within three weeks from today, the same shall be

In case, any amount is found due to the petitioner, it shall be released to him forthwith. In case, there is any inordinate delay, the State shall be at liberty to order recovery of the excess amount which had to be paid to the petitioner from the salary of the officer concerned.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
