1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition assailing the judgment dated 23.10.2019, in Recovery Proceeding No. 670 of 2019, passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Bihar Patna.
2. Keeping in view that there is an alternative remedy available to the petitioner by filing an appeal before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, the petitioner is granted liberty to
Patna High Court CWJC No.4098 of 2023(2) dt.20-04-2023 2/2 avail such alternative remedy as is available to him.
