Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pakaridyal P.S. Case No. 43 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 120B & 121 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10/11/13 U.A.P.A. (Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to high handedness of police. During investigation no material against this petitioner has been collected by the police. Petitioner has got fair antecedent and he is in custody since 27.03.2018.

Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer bail and submits that one purcha having written as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37108 of 2018(3) dt.17-07-2018 2/2 50,000/- thousand in the name of Grishnandan Jee was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is named accused in this case.

Considering the nature of allegations levelled, the materials available on record and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. His prayer for bail is, therefore, rejected. However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
