2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 202 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 8, 21© and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 750 gms of Smack from Kalam Hawai who has named the petitioner in his confession.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2025.

5. The petitioner is accused in 11 more cases of similar and serious nature out of which 8 cases are registered under NDPS Act.

6. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
