Petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 338C2/17 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 20.9.2017.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is a cleaner and neither the owner of the vehicle nor owner of the foreign liquor kept in the truck, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
