Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 129 of 2019 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 148 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 16.10.2019. Vide order dated 04.08.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'R'), which reveals out of 10 witnesses, 06 witnesses are to be examined and the trial may be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27405 of 2021(3) dt.15-09-2021 2/2 completed within six months after opening of physical court. Charge has already been framed.
