JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-05-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

On theft of the motorcycle of the informant, FIR was lodged against unknown. Subsequently, name of the petitioner sprang up on the basis of CCTV footage.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been roped in the present case only on the basis of suspicion.

Considering the nature of accusation coupled with the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18761 of 2016 (2) dt.02-05-2016 2/2 petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 54 of 2015 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Khagaria.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
