The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under Section 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code and 8/12 of the POCSO Act. As per the prosecution, the petitioner is alleged to have entered the house of the informant and caught hold of the victim in his lap and took her inside the room with intent to commit rape and also tried to unbutton her cloth on which the

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The Petitioner has clean antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 15.11.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge POCSO Act Bhojpur Ara, in connection with Barahra (Krishnagarh) P.S. Case No. 232 of 2021.

The application stands allowed.
