The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 41260 of 2012 as against opposite party no. 2 to 10 which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of the order dated 20.04.2015.

It has been contended that a delay of one day was caused in complying with the order dated 20.04.2015 due to inadvertence on the part of advocate clerk.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the application is allowed.

Let Cr. Misc. No. 41260 of 2012 be restored as against opposite party nos. 2 to 10.
