Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown.

The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.03.2018. Nothing incriminating was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Only material is confessional statement of the coaccused, namely, Rohit Kumar Yadav before the police. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34652 of 2018 (2) dt.18-06-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S.
