JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-06-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Halsi P.S.Case No. 117 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B and 201 of the Indian penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the younger brother of the deceased's husband and there is specific allegation in the FIR that her husband used to make torture on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and husband of the deceased is in custody.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Bhopindra Ram @ Bhopesh Ram, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd ACJM, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 117 of 2017.
