2. Writ petition has been filed for directing respondent no. 7 and 8 to comply the order of respondent no.5 dated 4.12.2021 and 22.10.2021, passed in section 144 CrPC proceeding.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in spite of direction issued by the SDO, Chapra vide annexure 7 and 8, till date no action has been taken by the Circle officer, Jalalpur ( respondent no.7).

4. In view of the nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs respondent no.7 to proceed in the matter in accordance with law after hearing the parties in light of order of the SDO, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.

5. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
