The learned counsel for the petitioner has argued at considerable length. A query has been put forth to the learned counsel appearing for the Indian Oil Corporation (hereinafter
Patna High Court CWJC No.4636 of 2022(2) dt.22-04-2022 2/2 referred to as the 'Corporation') as to whether the matter can be looked into by the internal grievance redressal mechanism of the Corporation, to which, the learned counsel answers in affirmative.
Under these circumstances, we dispose off the writ petition with an observation that in case, the petitioner approaches the Grievance Redressal Forum of the Corporation, within a period of four weeks from today, the Forum shall take a decision at the earliest, not later than six weeks.
