Patna High Court CWJC No.8031 of 2016(2) dt.16-01-2024 2/2 to the Collector, Sitamarhi (Respondent No. 2) to dispose of the Land Ceiling Appeal Case No. 15/1995 arising out of Ceiling Case No.2/76.

In view of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners, writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Collector, Sitamarhi (Respondent No. 2) to dispose of the aforesaid Land Ceiling Appeal Case No. 15/1995 arising out of Ceiling Case No.2/76 in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
