ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 16.04.2018 in connection with Sasaram (Agrer) P.S. Case No.612 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 366A, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the entire episode is one of love marriage between Raju Kumar and the daughter of the informant and, therefore, no case is made out against the present petitioner. So far as the story as carved out by the prosecution is concerned, the same has been given a total go-by by the victim girl in her statement under Section 164

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram (Agrer) P.S. Case No.612 of 2018.
