The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No.1704 of 2017, corresponding to T.R. No.2788 of 2019, registered under Sections 323, 354, 342, 347, 427, 504, 506 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The complainant is the daughter-in-law of the petitioners. The complainant made allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioners but the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no manner of

The husband of the complainant is living outside the house to earn his livelihood. On account of some family dispute, the complainant is in the habit of lodging the cases against the petitioners. The complainant also lodged Bargainia P.S. Case No.198 of 2017 against the petitioners in which the petitioners have already been granted anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the complainant, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sadar, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No.1704 of 2017, corresponding to T.R.
