The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Baisi P.S.Case No. 102 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 504, 506/34 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to the fact that for the offence, which is alleged to have taken place on 25.05.2017, the First Information Report was instituted after 12 days on 06.06.2017, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46090 of 2017 (2) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Baisi P.S.Case No. 102 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
