The Petitioner has challenged the order dated 08.09.2018 passed by the District Programme Officer, Gaya in Anganwari Case No.70 of 2018, whereby the appointment of the petitioner as Anganwari Sevika in Ward No.17, Centre Code No.115, in the District of Gaya has been cancelled and the CDPO, Manpur, Gaya has been

Patna High Court CWJC No.5685 of 2019 dt.11-04-2019 2/2 directed to ensure the appointment of private respondent No.6 in her place.

3. The petitioner has not challenged the aforesaid order before the District Magistrate, Gaya who is the Appellate Authority.

4. The petitioner is, therefore, directed to approach the District Magistrate, Gaya (respondent no.3) against the impugned order passed by District Programme Officer, Gaya within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of such representation / complaint, the same shall be disposed of by the District Magistrate, Gaya (respondent no.3) within a further period of four weeks thereafter.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of by a reasoned order.
