The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No.127 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim causing grievous injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also sustained grievous injury though the opinion of the doctor has been reserved.

There is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No.127 of 2023.
