Petitioner is the Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat Chokta. The allegation is in regard to defalcation of Government money. Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Jokihat (Mahalgaon) PS Case No 67 of 2014 (GR No 777 of 2014) subject
