The only grievance of the petitioner is that the nomination of the private respondent has been improperly accepted and that the Election Commission while adjudicated on the matter has not chosen to hear the petitioner who is the objector. In my opinion, once the statutory authority concerned has upheld the nomination, then whatever be the nature of the grievance subsisting, the petitioner is free to raise the same in an election dispute.

The writ petition is disposed of.
