2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 406, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. By filing supplementary affidavit, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is ready to return Rs. 9 lacs to the O.P. No.2 through bank draft in installments.

4. In view of aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Gaya in connection with Guraru PS case No. 41/ 2021, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16575 of 2022(14) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 Cr. P. C. with further condition that at the time of furnishing bail bond the petitioner shall return Rs. One lac through bank draft to the O.P. No.2 and rest of the amount of Rs. 8 lac shall be returned through bank draft in eight equal installment within nine months, failing which the O.P.
