2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 707 of 2024 instituted under Sections 65(2) of the BNS and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing rape with a minor victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to family dispute.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner has committed rape with the minor victim, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
