2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 49 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 109, 76, 303(2), 329(3), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of B.N.S. read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the assailant of the injured.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2026 without any fault.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15626 of 2026(3) dt.23-06-2026 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur/ concerned Court below, in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 49 of 2025.

8. At the time of accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below shall verify the statement of the petitioner that he has clean antecedent. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall only be accepted if it is found that he has clean antecedent.
