JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 12-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that the petitioner is cousin brother-in-law of the deceased. It is further contended that the husband of the deceased is already in custody. The co-accused Dasharath Sahni and Meena Devi, who were apprehended from the spot, have already been granted regular bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Jitendra Sahni be released on bail in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with
