2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 310(4) & 310(5) of the BNS and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, on a secret informant that some miscreants have assembled to commit crime, a raid was conducted in the semi constructed house of the co-accused Arjun Yadav where three other co-accused were arrested on the spot. On search, 0.315 rifle was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. One Desi Katta was recovered from the possession of one Sunny Kumar and one live cartridge was recovered from Mohan Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no independent witness of the alleged search and seizure. Petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2024 and has got three criminal antecedent in which he is on bail. Chargesheet has been submitted.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge IV cum ACJM, IV, Begusarai/ concerned court in connection with S. Kamal P.S. Case No. 387 of 2024.
