The Petitioner who is in custody seeks bail in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 813 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act, Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 45(L)(XII) of the Prisoners Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 600 grams of Ganja kept in a polythene which was found in possession of the petitioner and seized by the B.M.P. personnel, when he was returning after his production before the court. The petitioner is in custody since, 05.01.2017. Considering the fact that recovery of 600 grams of

Case No. 813 of 2016.
