Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that similarly situated co-accused Basant Chaudhary and two female accused persons have already been allowed bail by two different Coordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 24.05.2018 and 26.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19798 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 23572 of 2018. Finding substance in the aforesaid submission and general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37786 of 2018 (2) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chandradeep Police Station Case No. 107 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
